We all have periods of our life where we are struggling and in need of support. For some, financial barriers can mean that they are unable to access support or are limited by long wait times and short-form counselling sessions.

I have several spaces for those looking to access support but who are unable to pay the usual rate. Sessions start at £20 and these are reviewed after twelve sessions to determine together whether more sessions would be beneficial.

Training to become a counsellor is expensive and the additional requirements of personal counselling can push these costs up even further.

I offer a discounted student rate for those needing counselling either due to their course requirements or because of the stressful nature of training.

Student counsellor sessions are charged at £28.

As time goes by I will be adding to my free psychoeducational courses. This will include both short courses on counselling and psychological theories that can help clients gain skills to help cope with stressful situations and to increase their self-awareness. They can also be used by counsellors towards their CPD requirements.

I recommend these courses alongside counselling as there is always the potential to unlock something that needs further processing. However, I understand that is not always a possibility.
