Amy Hoadley Dip.Couns, BSc

Reaching out for support takes courage and knowing where to look or who you can trust can make the process confusing and overwhelming.

To help with this, I offer a free 20-minute introductory session that you can arrange here.  This introductory session provides you an opportunity to get a better sense of whether you would like to work with me and to ask me any questions you might have about the process.

The introductory session will be remote with full sessions available in person or remote via Zoom.
